Pressure-safe inlet design uses side vents to create strong negative pressure without disrupting the internal pressure of your roasting machine.

Push-to-seal inlet connection lets you insert the hose fully for maximum suction right at the source. This close fit ensures that when you drop beans from your roaster, smoke is pulled in immediately, preventing it from escaping into the environment.

Direct cooling tray connection allows you to attach AirWave directly to your tray to speed up cooling by drawing out heat, while also pulling smoke away before it spreads into your workspace.

Novacat Catalyst
NovaCat is a low-temperature catalytic material customized for coffee roasting emissions, comprising precious metals (Pt, Pd, Rh) and transition metal oxides as active components, with the oxides enhancing water and poison resistance while targeting high-concentration hydrocarbons (including VOCs) and CO. It activates at ≥200°C, achieving superior HC and CO conversion efficiency in the 200-300°C range compared to standard three-way catalysts (TWCs), converting pollutants to CO₂ and H₂O without ozone generation. Supported on an iron-chromium-aluminum metal carrier for rapid heating and thermal shock resistance, it ensures high purification in dynamic, low-flow scenarios, backed by proprietary patents.
