What it does
Omix Plus measures green coffee, dried cherries, parchment, roasted whole bean and ground coffee.
- Green
- Moisture, bulk and approximate true density, water activity, screen size, bean volume and sample weight, from one press of the button.
- Roasted
- All of the above, plus roast colour on whole beans and on grounds, with the distribution behind the average rather than the average on its own.
Readings go into CoffeeOS, where each roast connects back to the green lot it came from.
