The DiFluid Pro can test most liquids, however fluids such as honey may fall outside the range. If you are specifically looking to test coffee however, the DiFluid Coffee has a higher resolution designed specifically for testing coffee.
While the device is capable of compensating for varying temperatures, very hot liquid can transfer heat to the sensor, which can throw off the measurement. Therefore we recommend testing liquid at room temperature for the highest level of precision.
