What it does
Every part of the cup, measured: the grind, the brew and the taste. Omni measures roast color and the particle size distribution of your grind. Microbalance Ti records dose, yield and the flow of the pour. RS Extract reads TDS straight from the hot brew, from 4 to 65 °C, and calculates extraction yield on its own screen. Moment lets you Taste by Temperature: follow the flavors a roaster or barista expects at each temperature as the cup cools, or build your own profile to repeat.
All four connect to CoffeeOS, so the grind, the brew, the extraction and the tasting can be linked to the bean you brewed.
