NovaCat is a low-temperature catalytic material customized for coffee roasting emissions, comprising precious metals (Pt, Pd, Rh) and transition metal oxides as active components, with the oxides enhancing water and poison resistance while targeting high-concentration hydrocarbons (including VOCs) and CO. It activates at ≥200°C, achieving superior HC and CO conversion efficiency in the 200-300°C range compared to standard three-way catalysts (TWCs), converting pollutants to CO₂ and H₂O without ozone generation.
