Important Notice: Smoke Duct Temperature Safety

Included Smoke Extraction Duct (Air Duct) – Heat Resistance: 150°C
Before use, please test the exhaust temperature at the end of the roaster’s smoke pipe. If the temperature exceeds 150°C, it is recommended to either:

  • Replace it with a high-temperature-resistant duct, or
  • Use the roaster’s original duct over the included duct for added heat protection.
