RETURN & REFUND POLICY
DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID 19 PANDEMIC, RETURNS AND REFUNDED PAYMENTS WILL BE DELAYED. WE WILL PROCESS YOUR RETURN IN THE ORDER IT WAS RECEIVED AND ISSUE YOU A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Ship it back to the address we gave you.
- Receive the refund.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds for non-product quality issues
Additional costs incurred during shipping (including taxes and shipping costs) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues or Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you need to change your address during the exchange period, you need to specify in advance.
You can return an item for a full refund within 30 days of you receive the products.
After 30 days your item is not eligible for return.
All items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all original packaging.
Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Refund process time
Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to process through your original form of payment. (For returned items, a refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund will be excluded all shipping fee and handling fees.)
We do not accept items that were not purchased directly from https://digitizefluid.com.
To return your item please follow the return policy of the retailer or website used to make the original purchase.
Items purchased from other authorized retailers, please get in touch with them for returns, exchanges, or warranty.
If the return is caused by quality problems, we will bear the shipping cost, but the customer will bear the shipping cost for the undesired return.
Where the refunds go
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
