Omixは、「チルドミラー露点法」として知られる、水分活性を正確にテストするための唯一の国際的に認められた方法を利用しています。この方法は、密閉されたチャンバー内で鏡を冷却し、凝縮が形成されるまでの温度を測定することで機能します。この温度が露点であり、サンプルの水分活性に対応します。
