What it does

Measure the brew and taste it at the right moment. Microbalance Ti records dose, yield and the flow of the pour. RS Extract reads TDS straight from the hot brew, from 4 to 65 °C, and calculates extraction yield on its own screen. Moment lets you Taste by Temperature: follow the flavors a roaster or barista expects at each temperature as the cup cools, or build your own profile and see whether you taste it the same way next time.

All three connect to CoffeeOS, so each brew, its extraction and its tasting can be linked to the bean you brewed.
