Refund policy


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email our Customer Support team at service@digitizefluid.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photo or video evidence, if the product is damaged or defective

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not return items without confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Be sure to provide photos or video when applicable.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping. For all other returns, including unwanted items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, taxes, and any additional fees incurred during delivery.

Packaging & Condition

Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Improperly packaged or damaged returns will be refused. Please pack items securely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for non-defective items will exclude original shipping and handling fees.

Exclusions

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from digitizefluid.com. For products bought through other retailers, please follow their return policies.
