Orders

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at service@digitizefluid.com to request changes or cancellation.

If it has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our Return Policy to return the item.

Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours, excluding pre-sale or backordered items.

Shipping Time & Rates: Shipping times and rates vary by destination and weight. Estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It: First, check with your local carrier. If they can’t resolve the issue, contact us at service@digitizefluid.com, and we’ll investigate.

Import Duties & Taxes: In most cases, we cover customs duties. However, in some countries, or if you request delivery via a commercial courier, additional duties or fees may apply.

Overseas Warehouses: We prioritize shipping from our warehouses in the U.S. and Europe when stock is available in those regions.
