What it does

RS Extract and Microbalance Ti, for dialing in with the weight that actually ended up in the cup. Microbalance Ti records dose, yield and the flow of the pour. RS Extract reads TDS straight from the hot brew, from 4 to 65 °C, and calculates extraction yield on its own screen once you enter dose and beverage weight.

Both connect to CoffeeOS, where you can plot each brew on the brew control chart in the Brew Controller and link it to the bean you brewed.
